History

Summit Autism Center was founded in 2004 by Jennifer Mitchell and Shauna Courtney. Their aim was to provide individualized direct therapy to children with autism utilizing the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Summit Autism Center has grown from a small therapy center to a fully accredited private school and therapy clinic.  Our facility has grown from 1500 square feet to 6,500 square feet and now over 14,000 square feet. Our current facility features more than 15 therapy rooms, multiple lunchroom areas, a Promethean Board room, 2 large sensory gyms and multiple smaller sensory areas.  In addition, we utilize the latest HIPAA compliant technology for data collection, practice management and parent portal access.
